As an App Developer Intern at Kshema General Insurance, I was responsible for building intelligent automation tools and improving mobile application functionality to streamline internal workflows and enhance user experience. My key contributions included:

KshemaGPT – Internal Chatbot System: Designed and developed an internal chatbot using React Native, REST APIs, and Postman, enabling automated resolution of employee queries. Integrated Keycloak-based authentication to ensure secure access and applied custom Q&A scripting for accurate, context-aware responses.

LLM Training for Workflow Automation: Created four custom datasets to fine-tune the chatbot's large language model, empowering it to understand internal workflows, decompose tasks efficiently, and assign them to the correct support agents with high accuracy.

CCE Application Feature Development: Completed and deployed three production-grade features for the CCE Frontend Application built in React Native. Raised and merged pull requests with zero rollback incidents, maintaining code quality and stability in a production environment.

Dashboard Module for CCE: Delivered a fully functional dashboard to visualize key metrics and improve data accessibility for external users. This significantly reduced manual reporting workloads and improved overall usability of the application.

This internship gave me hands-on experience in secure enterprise mobile app development, chatbot integration, LLM training for domain-specific automation, and building user-centric features for real-world production environments.

Movie Review Platform: Developed and deployed a full-featured platform with secure JWT-based authentication, real-time rating updates, and dynamic review management using a Supabase backend and a modern React.js frontend.

Online Course Selling System: Engineered a scalable platform supporting role-based access control, interactive video streaming, instructor dashboards, and simulated payment flows (including UPI and card payments), enhancing both admin and user experiences.

Performance Optimization: Architected and refactored responsive React.js components and optimized Node.js + Supabase backend services, achieving an 85% reduction in load times, resulting in significantly improved performance and user engagement.

This internship deepened my experience in full stack development, backend integration, and building production-ready, real-world applications with a strong focus on usability and scalability.

During my internship at Coincent, I gained hands-on experience in implementing machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, and data visualization techniques. I worked on developing and implementing TensorFlow-based models for various applications such as vision transformation, sentiment analysis, and text classification.

Pursuing a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Computer Science and Engineering, I am building a strong foundation in key areas of computer science, including algorithms, data structures, artificial intelligence, machine learning, software engineering, and database systems.
